How we work and how you can benefit from our FREE services for Conferences, Meetings, Functions, Corporate & Themed Events, Social Functions, etc - Capital Conferences  
     
 
1. You can send us your enquiry via email or by phone giving as much detail as possible.
   
2. You will need to inform us of any venues you or colleagues are holding provisionally, (this avoids duplication) so that we do not contact these venues.
 
 

 


 

 
 
3. We will use our unique database to search for your ideal venue and report back with options, prices & we will negotiate the best possible price according to your budget.
   
4. You let us know which venue suits your requirements and then Capital will confirm the booking.
   
5. The venue then contracts direct with you and any on-going communications will be direct between yourself and the venue.
   

So that Capital can work on your event for free - we are paid a commission by the venue for introducing your booking. That is why it is important that we confirm your event with the venue.
