How can your service possibly be free?
Easy. We're paid a commission by the venues for introducing your business.
Are venue rates increased to take account of the commission paid to Capital?
No they're not. You are charged exactly the same rate as if you booked it yourself - but you don't have to do any of the research!
Is Capital part of a hotel group?
No, we are a completely independent business, so our advice is totally impartial.
Does it matter if my conference is only for a small number of people?
Not at all. We deal with bookings for businesses of all sizes.
How many venues are on the Capital database?
Thousands! The list is constantly updated as new venues are added all the time. We believe we have one of the most comprehensive databases in the UK.
Can you help with other conference requirements, such as equipment hire?
Yes, we can help with most related matters, although some services may be chargeable. We will always tell you in advance of any work that requires a fee.
